In Toroa we have been learning about music. We first started of by learning about how music has changed throughout the years, and now we are learning about beats and how to write music. This is my slide on the beat I made up and played, my beat consists of half notes, quarter notes, eighth notes, and hald rest notes. If you could make a beat what notes would you use?

In Toroa we have been learning about Matariki. One of the tasks we could do was naming all the Matariki stars, which I have done on this slide. The other tasks were to complete a scavenger hunt, or to take a Matariki quiz. Do you know all of the Matariki stars?

In Toroa for maths, we have been learning about the Fibonacci sequence. We used the numbers in this sequence to make different sized shapes then put the shapes together into an art piece, I choose to do a triangle.
